A Legacy of Technical Excellence

With a career spanning over 23 years in the IT industry, Sri Nithya has witnessed the evolution of the digital era firsthand. Currently serving as a Software Architect at Wipro, he has spent decades navigating the intricate world of technology, problem-solving, and architectural design.

In the world of tech, an architect’s job is to ensure that different components communicate effectively to create a stable whole. Sri Nithya has taken this principle from the server room to the community, believing that the same logic applies to human relationships: when the communication architecture is broken, the system fails.

A Heart for Social Transformation

Like many in the high-pressure world of technology, Sri Nithya Sahajanandha once lived a largely sedentary lifestyle, defined by long hours behind a screen and the quiet toll of physical inactivity. However, the global pause of the COVID-19 pandemic became his period of profound inner awakening. Inspired by the radical wisdom of Osho, he embarked on a journey of total life-reengineering. He didn’t just study change; he embodied it—integrating daily yoga, deep meditation, and conscious nutritional habits into his routine. This holistic shift didn’t just rejuvenate his health; it expanded his capacity for life, ultimately leading to the joyful milestone of welcoming a child into his world. This personal transformation serves as the living foundation for Open SeeSay, proving that when we unlock our habits, we unlock our future.

Sri Nithya’s influence extends far beyond the corporate boardroom. He is a committed advocate for social awareness and justice, actively collaborating with prominent NGOs and social organizations, including:

  • Magizh: Championing community well-being and social harmony.
  • SIFF (Save Indian Family Foundation): Contributing his perspective toward justice, awareness, and community empowerment.

His work with these organizations has provided him with a raw, unfiltered view of the various perspectives that make up our social fabric. It was here that he realized that while people have many opinions, they often lack a safe space to test them.

The Genesis of Open SeeSay

Driven by a belief in continuous learning and the power of diverse viewpoints, Sri Nithya founded Open SeeSay. He recognized a growing trend in modern discourse: the shift toward “square wheel” thinking—where rigid biases and ego-driven debates prevent progress.

Open SeeSay is his answer to this challenge. It is a platform born from the mind of an architect and the heart of a social worker. By encouraging “respectful arguments” and “listening-first” interactions, he aims to shift the cultural lens from certainty to curiosity.

The Art of Un-Becoming: Finding Stillness at Nala Hardika

In a world that measures success by the speed of our output, we have become experts at “doing” but novices at “being.” We carry our stress like invisible armor, unaware that the weight is what’s actually slowing us down. It is this realization—that the mind needs as much maintenance as the machine—that forms the soul of Nala Hardika Wellness Center.

A Sanctuary for the Senses

Nala Hardika isn’t just a destination; it’s a deliberate pause button. Located away from the cacophony of urban demands, the center is designed as a rejuvenation hub specifically for the mind. While many wellness retreats focus solely on the physical body, Nala Hardika shifts the lens inward. It operates on the philosophy that a refreshed mind is the primary engine of a healthy life.

The Retreat Experience: More than a Getaway

The retreats here are crafted to break the “Center of Truth” ego—that persistent voice in our heads that insists our perspective is the only reality. Through a combination of guided stillness, communal dialogue, and nature-integrated therapies, guests are encouraged to:

  • De-clutter the Cognitive Space: Just as we clear a desk to work, Nala Hardika helps guests clear the mental static of “busy-ness.”
  • Embrace the “Round Wheel”: Many arrive clinging to inefficient habits (the square wheels). The retreats offer the “round wheel” of new perspectives, mindfulness, and emotional intelligence.
  • Foster Deep Listening: In a rare environment of non-judgment, the center facilitates conversations that lead to understanding rather than dominance.

The Power of Rejuvenation

Rejuvenation at Nala Hardika isn’t about escaping life; it’s about preparing to return to it with a clearer vision. The center’s programs—ranging from weekend resets to deep-dive immersions—utilize the healing power of silence, structured reflection, and community support.

Whether you are navigating a career transition, battling burnout, or simply seeking to expand your mindset, Nala Hardika offers the “Open Sesame” moment your mind has been waiting for. It is a place where you can finally stop saying “I’m too busy” and start saying “I am ready to grow.”
